These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the jilliz platform, including all games, promotions, financial transactions, and account services. By creating an account or using jilliz, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Important: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jilliz ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account or use the jilliz platform. jilliz operates under PAGCOR regulatory oversight in the Republic of the Philippines.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
jilliz is strictly for adults aged 21 years and older. This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR regulations. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using jilliz.
By creating an Account on jilliz, you represent and warrant that:
jilliz reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be immediately suspended, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any deposits refunded at jilliz's discretion. Any winnings generated by an underage Account will be voided.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on jilliz. Registering or operating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts, forfeiture of all Bonus Funds, and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must update your Account information promptly if any details change. jilliz is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate information supplied by the Player, including failure to receive important account notifications due to an incorrect contact number or email address.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify jilliz immediately via the support contact provided on the platform.
jilliz is required under PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of Players prior to processing withdrawals. Acceptable identification documents include the Philippine National ID (PhilSys), UMID, SSS ID, GSIS eCard, passport, or driver's licence. jilliz may request additional documentation including proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in suspension of withdrawal facilities until verification is complete.
jilliz currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT (Tether). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Payment method availability may change without prior notice.
Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jilliz Wallet within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take longer depending on the financial institution's processing times. jilliz is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within approximately 5 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. jilliz reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
All transactions on jilliz are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. USDT transactions are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for deposits. jilliz reserves the right to require withdrawals via the original deposit method to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
All bonuses and promotions offered by jilliz are subject to specific terms and conditions displayed at the time of the offer. Players must review the applicable bonus terms before claiming any promotion. Bonus terms specify, at minimum: bonus amount or percentage, eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum deposit threshold, time limits, and maximum cashout (if applicable).
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn as Real Money. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Real Money Funds in your Wallet are used for bets before Bonus Funds, unless otherwise specified.
jilliz reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close Accounts where evidence of bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using mathematical strategies specifically designed to extract bonus funds with minimal risk, and participation in coordinated bonus abuse with other players.
jilliz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions may be withdrawn for Players suspected of fraudulent or abusive activity.
All Games on jilliz are operated using certified software from licensed game providers. The rules applicable to each Game are available within the Game's information panel and are binding on all Players. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed game result and the server-side result, the server-side result shall be conclusive.
jilliz uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual games and employs live dealer technology using physical equipment for live casino games. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published in the game information panels and represent theoretical long-term averages, not guaranteed returns.
Any malfunction of game software voids all related pays and plays. jilliz is not liable for losses or missed winnings arising from technical faults, internet connectivity failures on the Player's side, or device compatibility issues.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jilliz and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

All intellectual property rights in the jilliz platform, including but not limited to the jilliz brand, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, and text content, are owned by or licensed to jilliz. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right to use, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any jilliz intellectual property without express prior written consent.
Game content made available through jilliz is licensed from third-party game providers and is subject to those providers' respective intellectual property rights. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform and its games for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilliz shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits jilliz's liability for: death or personal injury caused by jilliz's negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by jilliz; or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
jilliz collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jilliz processes Player data in compliance with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).
jilliz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jilliz reasonably determines that:
Upon Account closure, any Real Money Funds (excluding Bonus Funds) remaining in your Wallet will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any outstanding investigation. jilliz's decision on Account closure is final.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting jilliz support. Account closure does not affect any accrued rights or obligations existing at the time of closure.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of jilliz shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute between you and jilliz that cannot be resolved informally through jilliz's customer support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Where a dispute relates to a specific game outcome, the server-side records maintained by jilliz shall constitute primary evidence. jilliz's internal resolution process must be exhausted before any dispute is escalated to external dispute resolution mechanisms.
jilliz reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the registered email address or an in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of jilliz following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with amended terms, you should close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
